Clearance: SECRET (or ability to obtain)
Location: Orlando, FL (on-site)
This position is contingent upon contract award, funding availability, and successful completion of applicable background and clearance requirements.
Overview
The Site Manager serves as the on-site leader for the Visual Information Support Services (VISS) contract, responsible for the overall management, execution, and quality of all audiovisual, photography, video teleconferencing, and graphics services.
The Site Manager ensures timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of all services while maintaining workforce continuity, security compliance, and customer satisfaction in a high-visibility federal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Contract Management
Manage day-to-day execution of the VISS contract in full compliance with the PWS, CDRLs, and tasking priorities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government for all operational, performance, and staffing matters.
Ensure all Key Personnel and staff are properly assigned, trained, and available during core business hours.
Review and approve all monthly deliverables prior to submission to the Government.
Monitor workload, schedules, and resource allocation to support Priority A, B, C, and D tasking.
Staff Supervision & Workforce Management
Provide daily supervision and leadership to all contractor personnel.
Ensure continuity of operations and adequate surge support for special events and high-priority requirements.
Coordinate staffing coverage for approved overtime and after-hours events.
Ensure compliance with dress, grooming, and professional conduct standards.
Quality Control & Performance Oversight
Implement and maintain quality control procedures aligned with the QASP.
Identify and resolve performance, timeliness, or quality issues.
Monitor contractor activities for potential fraud, waste, or abuse and report concerns immediately to the COR.
Security & Compliance
Ensure all personnel maintain required security clearances and complete mandatory training.
Enforce proper handling, safeguarding, and disclosure requirements for classified and sensitive information.
Ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoD, DON, and NAWCTSD security policies.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience managing visual information programs, including photography, videography, graphics/digital arts, audiovisual systems, and VTC.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Broadcasting, or a related field OR four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a federal or DoD environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
